Kitchen Tips: Undercooked Boiled Eggs
Most people have experienced the accidentally undercooked boiled egg from time to time. If you like lightly boiled eggs, fine. If not, there is a remedy. If you have a microwave, you can rescue it. Replace the top and put the egg, in its cup, in the microwave for about 5 seconds. Repeat if necessary. If the cup happens to be a metal one, that's not really a problem as long as you make sure it does not touch the sides of the microwave oven, which could cause electrical arcing. |
